    ********* unreliable distribution company.
    My ****** package has been in their warehouse for 6days. No updates of when it will be delivered.
    I am 1 hour away from that center in Ottawa.
    Any orders I make from ****** and they chose ASL Distribution, I will cancel my order immediately.

    **** ******* ****** *** ** ** ****** ******** My packages never arrived, despite me talking to them on the phone, using their chat bot, and even emailing them labeled aerial photos of our street. Every other ********** ****** carrier has never had a problem delivering to us. Their complete ************ resulted in us never receiving birthday presents and a veil for my wedding.

    Never show up the day they’re supposed to. 5 packages have been 2-3 days late. One was the next day. None were ever on time.

    I have been trying to receive my package since September 5……almost two weeks!!! Every day it shows in the tracking that an attempt was made but it always gets returned to the distribution centre for different reasons. Undeliverable, unsecured location and invalid address just to name a few. I have spoken to customer service FOUR TIMES NOW. They have my correct number and address yet nobody is reaching out to me. I have a case number now and my package was supposed to be marked urgent delivery but here we are a few days later and still no package!!! Michelle in customer service tried her best to fix this issue but she has done all she can and now it is left up to the drivers *** **** ** ** ***********. I have had numerous packages delivered to my house with no issue yet this company can’t make the delivery!!! Unacceptable!!!! *** ** *** ******* **** *** ** ***** ******* ** ************ I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT SEVERAL TIMES AND THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

    ***** ******* ***** I ordered from LCBO and my 300$ order arrived at their facility on July 30th and never moved. No tracking info either on their website. ***** ************* I literally lost 300$ *** **** **** ****** ***** ** ******* and I will never get it back.

    This ***** courier company can't manage to follow straight forward delivery instructions or deliver anything on time.
    Every delivery that comes through ASL is late. They attempt to deliver parcels outside business hours and weekends despite precise delivery instructions with the provided business hours. Calling customer service is futile as they still attempt to deliver at unavailable hours and do not follow delivery instructions... assuming customer service answers the phone.

    Worst customer service. No answers for multiple lost packages from same facility. No help or resolution.
