      I engaged Bachly through an insurance claim for a floor replacement.
      I do not recommend this company. ********** unprofessional. Complete lack of organization and communication. They were delayed several times. Did not communicate throughout the process at all. Ad-hoc scheduling of trades without prior notice. Coordinator didn't even know work had not been done until I informed him several times. Damaged my furniture with scratches and chips. Left paint spots and glue stains on the floor. Apartment was dirty although they claimed they cleaned it. Pieces of furniture were packed away in boxes instead of properly installed, despite the fact that furniture installation was in their scope. Insurance covered the installation but in fact I did parts of if, wasting time to fix issues they created.
      The quality of the work is very low. Days after work was complete I continued to uncover problems. The blinds were installed improperly and when I attempted to reinstall them a crack in the wall appeared. A kitchen cabinet toe-kick fell off. There are multiple visible nail holes in the baseboards which were not there before. Overall a complete disaster.
