    I purchased a Treadmill from Deer Run 6 weeks ago and it doesn’t work. I sent them a video of the problem and they said it couldn’t be fixed . They wanted me to return it but I told them I couldn’t do that and they agreed to refund me my money by original payment. They said they can’t access the original payment method and asked if I had ******. I did set up a ****** account but I feel like I am getting the run around. I was told they had to check with the financial officer to see if my request for a check could be granted. As I said I feel like I am getting a run around
