      I purchased a new ****** gas furnace, ******** Elite series on Nov. 24, 2020 from "Comfort Masters" total installation C$4972. But shortly afterwards furnace shut down during winter months leaving my husband and I ***** ******** without heat -- ERROR Warnings (2) - required replacement blower motor, overheating kicked out triggered safety switch.
      Following that, it seemed every month we had similar shut down error messages on the furnace.
      We were forced to call "Comfort Masters" under warranty. Error **** - reset
      Early spring 2024, furnace shut down again, Error messages - blower fan - overheating problem.
      I called a different HVAC company and they did reset but troubleshooting didn't locate the source of the problem.
      We wanted a reliable furnace. We didn't need a nightmare that keeps taking us by surprise, shuts down and requires reset. Not recommend "Comfort Masters" nor their service, furnace.
      Call centre unfriendly and uncaring. Didn't show compassion that we are ******* without heat during winter months is scary.

      In May 2021, I purchased a ductless air conditioner for my business that was installed by Comfort Masters. Since that time, Comfort Masters no longer services my area in Orillia. I was directed to Climate Air by Comfort Masters for my annual maintenance. Climate Air does not service commercial buildings. I am posting this review on both companies' sites since I cannot get service from the vendor or their preferred service provider following purchase.
