I purchased a Heat Pump from LinkedHome with the Help of ******* ***** Program which has been installed. Upon the purchase we were advised There was Bridge Financing for 6 Months until we received the funding from the Approved Government Loan and the Rebate. Upon applying for the Government Loan approval we provided the INVOICE from LinkedHome for $12,204 which was Approved. We received the Rebate ( which we were told we could put back onto the Loan or to use as we saw fit). In September we received the Government Funding and proceeded to forward it to cover the Bridge Loan to ********* who now advises us that the INVOICE they received and paid to LinkedHome was $14,001-a difference of almost $2000 which I have disputed sending emails to LinkedHome and their Rep Mike L. several times to no avail. * ***** **** ** ******— I have received a copy of the balance owing to ********* of $2000. which I think LinkedHome should be responsible
Irregardless of the Rebate which was mine. I am writing for my Husband Paul who the Rep dealt with and got him to sign for it on his cell without showing me— My husband is illiterate so belived he was dealing with an Honest man.— Plz Advise us on any Assistance we can receive
    Thank You

I was provided with bill of sale for $17647.50. But this company took 18100 in payment from my finance copy. I tried reaching out to find out why the difference and they have not replied. I also was required to cover all service cost. So this difference is not due to service charges.
I want the difference returned to me of $452.50

    Good afternoon Raymond,

As you know through previous correspondence that we have with you, *** ********, this was not a incorrect price for the equipment you contracted us to install. We have ******** your contract from **** for the services we provided, this agreement you would have received at the date of signing as well. the contract was for $16017.70 + HST which totals $18100. This was the price agreed to and the price you were charged. The estimate you received for the ***** loan application, which is ********, simply shows a dealer fee which is charged to us for offering you a 6 month deferral. It is not a service fee, it is a cost that we incur for offering you that financing product. we paid **** the $452 for using their deferral product as it was deducted from their remittance to us, *** ********. This has no effect on your loan with them, nor does it with your ***** loan as we provide you a paid invoice for the total amount of services rendered ($18100). Please see all the ******** documents supporting the transaction. This is standard accounting practice and not a chance for you to attempt to manipulate the costs of products well after the fact.
