Kinglak Oy ********** bought a 2020 **** Escape for more than $18000 above market value and complained through the court system and settled with an amount of $6000 after being offered $17000 but because of hospital stay couldn't complete the court system case. Here is the proof of having settled for $6000 for the car fraud which was filed in Edmonton Provincial under the Consumer Protection Act Unfair Practices. This case was presided by Judge *************** and we saved all the emails from the lawyer who we feel was not very good during the case but it is all saved and can be submitted such as legal conversations discussing with *************'s legal staff. She Kinglak had her Equifax updated to not include **** Credit but ********** said she would have to speak with **** Credit who made it impossible to close this credit file error as for language barrier she would need an interpreter but because of abusive phone calls and past treatment she did not trust **** Credit interpreters or staff. She was not allowed her friend to represent her and she was asked too many legal questions as per law it should be a closed matter and have all references to **** Credit removed from her credit file on Transunion as it was removed quickly from Equifax by providing check proof and letter from Lawyer for Waterloo ****.

Unfortunately, without something from the courts instructing Ford Credit Canada to update Kinglak ************ credit bureau there is nothing that we can do. Based on the information that you provided, the court case seems to be something against the dealership and not Ford Credit Canada. If you have court documents with instructions for us at Ford Credit Canada please fax them to us at ************** and reference either your **** Credit Account Number or your Vehicle Identification Number. Should you have any follow up questions, please contact our **************************** at ****************************** (Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm EST, Friday 9am - 7pm EST or Saturday 9am - 3pm EST). Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,

    ****************************

**** Credit was not accepting me to have ************************* represent me in the phone calls. I need ************************* to represent me to **** Credit. ***** can be reached at ************ and understands this file very well as he was also a victim under the consumer protection act unfair practices of waterloo ***** **** Credit reviewed and approved this unfair deal and all we are asking is to have all entries removed from Transunion removed from the credit file of KInglak Oy ********** who did not understand the credit process and lost a lot of money and *****'s **** Fusion which had no liens and he had complete title to his car. The phone process with **** Credit is unfair as I would be speaking in terms I do not understand. I have lots more files to upload and would request to upload the rest of the court files in a format.

The documents you have shared pertain to a court case against ************************************ There is no documentation pertaining to us; Ford Credit Canada. As previously stated, unfortunately, without something from the courts instructing Ford Credit Canada to update the credit bureau there is nothing that we can do. In order for Ford Credit Canada to speak to a third party, you will need to call in with that third party on the phone and ***** verbal authorization. Alternatively, you can fax in a signed and dated letter of authorization allowing Ford Credit Canada to speak openly about your account with a specified third party.  As previously mentioned, court documents instructing us at Ford Credit Canada to amend anything on your credit bureau can be faxed to ************** and reference either your **** Credit Account Number or your Vehicle Identification Number. We can also be reached by contacting our **************************** at ****************************** (Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm EST, Friday 9am - 7pm EST or Saturday 9am - 3pm EST). Please reference the following ticket number is you are calling in: CAS-********-G7W7V6. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: Ford Credit Canada, did review all documents for purchase and seems to understand consumer law and should have known this contract for financing violated the Consumer Protection Act Unfair Practices. Her Equifax consumer report was changed to her working at Government of Canada as a homemaker which she could not have done. It must have been someone with access to the **** database and Equifax was updated to make the sale go through. There is much documentation and since the Consumer Kinglak does not have much understanding of English Language nor is currently fluent in her native tongue Thai it must have been someone in ******** **** corresponding with someone in Ford Credit Canada. All we are asking since Equifax updated her credit report to not include Ford Credit Canada that Ford Credit Canada put in a request to delete all entries for **** Credit not just update the amounts etc. It is a good practice to protect the consumer that enters all dealerships that have the **** name on them. Ford Credit Canada should just delete the entries and move forward with a better understanding of the Finance contracts they approve for the authorized dealerships.

    Sincerely,

    ****************************
