    1- One Burloak moving employee got ***** and cantankerous and called a board member of the new condo I was moving into * **** ****. He couldn’t regulate his ***** and was uncontrollable, ******* and ********. I told him to go home, he said he didn’t have to ***** go home. I called his boss Martin who said he’d ask him to stay in the truck but employee didn’t and continued to be a bad actor all night. Martin did not support the customer but was more interested in getting the truck offloaded, **** ** *** ******** *** **** *** *** *** * ********* ** **** ***** as he needed truck the next day.  In the process my sofa was ruined. It was bought **** ******** * was6 mo old. I had to fight like crazy to receive compensation because he blamed me for the damage. His response to the sofa damage was “I don’t know why this is my problem when you were told by the guys that it will not fit 100%, but you made them try it anyways. So this is all your responsibility of making them try when something is big and it doesn’t fit this is what happens every time and it’s the customer’s responsibility.” Such Poor Customer service!! I did not insist or ask for them to try and get it in!  Burloak lost my printer. I told them immediately that I couldn’t find it. He sent an employee over to look in the storage unit even when I told him nothing was put in there. Then he said no to paying for printer until I got all my boxes unpacked. 2 mo later I have all my boxes unpacked. He again refuses to pay for the printer. Telling me it either got stolen or it’s in my apartment. So get the security guys to look at the cameras. ** ***** **** ** ******** ** **** ******** ** ** * **** ** *** ** *** **** ** ******** *** *** ** ******* **** ** * *** *** ** **** ****** *** ** ******* **** ***** ** *****. I did everything Martin asked of me. I sent him my ****** picture receipt of printer and in the end he comes up with this ridiculous reason not to pay. And security tapes aren’t kept that long!
