    Hi. I have serviced my Honda CRV a month back with Oakville Honda. I bought this vehicle from them and during our price negotiation part, the salesman said they will cover the first two services instead of reducing the price. Trusting that, I booked the service appointment with them. While booking an appointment via phone and on the day of appointment when I went there, I told them it has to be covered on their cost as promised. They did not check my sales file before servicing my car. After servicing my car, they are checking and telling that there is no such thing mentioned on the file. Looks like that salesman also no more working with them. In spite of telling them that it has to be covered on their cost, they did not check the file until they finish the service. After completing all the work, they demanded me to pay for it telling there is no such promise mentioned on the bill of sale. My question is, why they did not check the bill of sale before servicing the vehicle?

    I visited Oakville Honda on 13 July 23. I like CRV Sport model and was ready to buy with $10k down and rest to be financed. I was then given the final purchase price which included about $1000 for Oakville Honda Security and $100 for Tire protection. These are optional on Honda website but Oakville Honda presented it to me as if it is mandatory part of the vehicle. We have insurance on the car, why do we need extra insurance for 3 years for the vehicle and the tire - *** ****** ***** ** ******* 
    When I insisted that this is a option and I would like to buy the car without these two options - I was told to place a deposit and wait for 6 months.

    I visited Mississauga Honda and bought the same vehicle without these options.
