    I won a bid on ****** Auction on 02-02-2025. I was billed on 02-05-2025. I checked the box to request shipping. I never received the item. I started contacting Discount Hunters within a few weeks through the ******* website, asking when I would receive the package. They would not respond. After multiple attempts they responded on 03-10-2025. They referred me to *** *****, a **** **** shipping house that handles their shipping. *** ***** asked me to fill out a form to request when information. On 03-13-2025 *** ***** told me the order was canceled. I had to request why. Then I was told Discount Hunters canceled the package for not picking it up within 4 days. I had requested shipping when I bid on the item.

    ***** **** *** *** **** I bought a specific item from their site with pictures and a description, I went to pick it up and got handed a box. I went out to my truck and opened it, and it was a cheap *** not even close to what I had paid for. Luckily I opened it before driving the 1/2 hour back home. They then started saying I should have read the fine print, *** **** ** ** *** * ***** ** ** *** *********. How does a warehouse put a picture and description of an item they do not have??

    There is no fine print, we mention it everywhere that you MUST read the description prior to bidding, and that is because we are not a retail store, we deal with customer returns and unclaimed packages.
    We usually do our best to get accurate descriptions of the products however it’s not always that we find the matching link, hence why in the description we mention all that pertains the product.
    Anyways, we did issue you a full refund as our policy states, and I suggest that you purchase directly from a retail store, and not a returns store.
