      Very happy with the work done. CertaPro. Very professional, neat and tidy and they did a great job within the time lines they projected. I would certainly use them again.

      We decided to have the brick on our house painted by Certapro, * ***** *** ********* ***** *** ******** ** ******. We had to have some else come back for 3 days to clean all the paint off the windows, repaint all the spots that were missed. They did say it was painted but when you see red brick in stead of the colour it was supposed to be my view its not painted. I had to clean all the garbage of my neighbors yard also clean the pain the paint from my garden that was dumped there. I did bring this up with Mark T. the owner he really didnt care to much, just wanted to get paid and go on holidays.

      I had to look this job up, as it was 2 years ago. While I couldn't actually recall this job without taking a look through our files. My initial gut reaction is that it was during Covid and I didn't go on any holiday during Covid and I never go on vacation during the summer, as this is our busiest 6 months of the year and need to be around. As well, we are never in a hurry to get paid...in fact, there are many instances when we pay our Painters and for our paint before we get paid, as getting paid is not priority #1. We have been in business for 30 years and if there are ever any issues....we always offer to rectify them asap.
