    ***** ******* Wish I never committed to this plan...any claim takes 30 davs for them to "decide" whether or not they will cover anything…it's cost roulette with these guys..how can you make a financial decision without knowing what they will help you
    with?.****** ****** **** ***** *** ******* ** **** *** ***** My dog does not have any pre-existing conditions, medications or allergies.
    I remain with them because after 3 years it's impossible to get a reasonable rate anywhere else.
    Went with these guys through
    ******, got a reasonable rate only for them to raise the premiums unannounced. When questioned I was told "inflation!"
    When people ask, I give this honest answer. The company keeps deleting my reviews. ****** ********* ** ********* **** ******* Never again.

    **** * refuse to cover our pet 300$ bill after 10 years paying them (3000$ total insurance cost) and never claimed anything from them, unless we provide all records form breeder infos and all vets from the last 10 years. Breeder can't be reached ** **** ******** ********

    **** ********* ******* ** * ***** ** *** ***** **** ***** *** ***** I've paid into this for over two years at approximately $80 per month, anytime I've taken my dog to vet I've requested them to send all the info them. YET, THEY STILL CLAIM THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE INFO! It's money you'll never see again and no value, just open a savings account and put that money into it instead!

    Pet plus us took my money for 1 year long and I didn’t even know that my contract was not valid. After a year , when I noticed that I asked for my money back . It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for reimbursement . I called them 4 times each time they told me that I need to wait 10 to 15 days. Last time was 2 days ago . They said that they sent the money last week. I asked for proof , now I am waiting for the proof :) Basically , they are using people’s money without offering a service and they never give the money back . Second issue is the agent I talked to . ** ****** **** ** ** **** *** ** *** **** ******** * *** ******* ** ****** * *** *******

    This insurance company takes your money without providing any kind of adequate customer service! They completely ignore emails and they're difficult to reach by phone. When you finally reach them by phone they often give out the wrong information and always give out the wrong information to a service provider. *** *** ***** * ***** ***** ****** *** * ******** ******* *** I honestly can't wait till I've got my dog put down and I can cancel my insurance!! It's not because my dog is not my canine soulmate and I don't love him through all eternity it is simply because these people have made it so incredibly difficult for me to try and say goodbye to him! ***** **** *** **** ********* ********

    They simply take your money and offer no service. Two years 4 claims all denied and now they have permanent exclusions that make no sense. ***** **** *******
