    **** * *** **** ***** ******* ****** * ****** ** ****** They debited my credit card for the hoodie I ordered immediately but sent no email confirmation which was a red flag to me. After 4 days I followed up via email. They responded (after 2 email requests from me) that they can't find my order, although they took my money, and I had their confirmation number. So I emailed again and again asking to please just refund my money, with no response. I called the company number listed here. ******* **** * **** ******* *** they hung up immediately. I'm guessing I'll never receive my order since they can't find it and If they don't refund me I'll have to claim **** ** * **** with my credit card company. ***** ****** to have to deal with these types of companies. * ***** *** **** *** **** **** ******** **** *****

    Not impressed...
    First ordered in Jan for a Feb ********. Took my money. DIdn't ship
    I followed up 10 days later and they said they would ship it then. (why they waited for my email???)
    When it arrived, the hoody was damaged (smudge of the logo). I reached out and ask for help resolving it.
    Lots of back and forth. and promise to send a replacement.
    Then no tracking number. When I followed up a week later, I was told that they would NOW ship the hoody.
    I have no idea if the replacement hoody for the damaged one I received is on the way or not . And they are no longer answering my emails. No tracking number.
    So frustrated! I am hoping for a resolution in time *** ** ***** ********* ***** **** ** ********** *** ****
