    Our Internet service stopped working at 12:30PM Tues Nov 5.
    I called them on Wed Nov 5, and was told they 'were aware of the problem
    and were working on it'.
    I tried calling their 'support' number again numerous times that night, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and today Monday Nov 11 to obtain updated information.

    At no time is the telephone answered (and the service is still not working).

    I am afraid they might have gone out-of-business without informing their customer.
    But I have no way of determining their status, or the status of the future of our service.

    As per ticket ******, node power repairs were completed as of November 11th and service to this location was confirmed as being fully restored.  We have also investigated occasional call routing issues which may have resulted in certain inbound calls being stuck on our calling queue and have performed system adjustments to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.  Should you continue experiencing issues, please call technical support at 289-999-1109 (option *) to get this ticket reopened.

    On Thursday, June 1st, 2023, I was alarmed to see someone on our roof after 9:00 pm when I had no knowledge anyone was coming. On June 2nd, I returned home after 11:30 pm to see our tenant outside and a contractor leaving our backyard. The tenant is not allowed to make any alterations or improvements without written permission under the terms of the lease. I did not see the damage until June 4th when I saw a hole in the wall a cable and looked up to see a new satellite dish on our roof. They would have had to remove a small barrier fence dividing our side of the property to install the dish.
    I got the company number from my tenant and phoned multiple times to make a good faith effort to resolve this. At 10:13 am on June 6th I finally got a call back from “Andy” at the company. He admitted he knew his client was a renter but had not asked for written permission. He took my information and promised to call back but never did. My multiple follow up calls were not answered.
    I went to the business address on June 7th during the business hours listed on the website but nobody was there. I kept phoning over the following days and on June 13th “Chris” answered. He reassured me the company was willing to fix the problem but when I said you could pay for my contractor to fix it because I was not comfortable with the quality of your work, he hung up on me. Nobody has answered since then. We sent 2 registered letters with only a phone call on August 29 to respond to the second one. A follow up call was promised on or before September 4th but never received. The company does not list any names or email addresses anywhere. They did damage with the unauthorized work. We got a quote from our contractor for $1,121.79 and we expect them to pay for the repair. We also need written assurance there has been and will be no lien put on our house as a result of this. Our tenant has absolutely no authority to allow you to do this.

    The nature and validity of this complaint in general is unfounded.  However, as there is no contractual or business relationship with the complainant, it should be dismissed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My husband and I were visiting my dying father in law in the hospital when they came late at night and damaged the house without our permission or knowledge. The company has refused to give the email of the company or the name of anyone at the company and are careful never to have put such online anywhere. They have not acted it good faith and just dodged us. They damaged our residence, it does not matter if we are their clients.
