    Sydian SaveMobility is a group bundle cellular service provider that uses the ****** towers. The rates and reasonable and I had no problems for about a year. Then I broke my phone, and I needed to speak to someone in customer service to help me get an eSIM or send me a new SIM card. I tried calling their support line at least 20 times from my work phone, at different times of the day, no one ever answered. I then began emailing their support centre and someone replied. I asked if there was a better number for me to contact because no one answered their posted support number. They then asked for a contact number for ME, but since my phone was broken, I had no reliable contact number for them to call me. I gave them my work number, but no one ever called. I emailed a few more times and now I am getting radio silence.
