We were charged over a $1000 in July and as of today have received nothing but excuses . A follow up appointment was scheduled for this morning but they had the wrong # ** After talking and being on hold for nearly an hour we were told our application was in process and would take 3 more months .     I would like to clarify that prior to accepting payment, the legally binding agreement was signed on July 15th, 2024. This agreement outlines our terms regarding timelines and cancellation policies. This agreement details that the standard application process can take up to 18 months, and while we strive to process applications as efficiently as possible, the estimated timeframe for completion is typically 6 months from the submission of all necessary documents, not approval.
    As per our records, the welcome documents were completed and provided to you on July 29, 2024, and your application is currently in process. We understand that you expected a different timeline based on previous communications, but it’s important to note that the timelines provided during your initial consultation are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific approval dates.
    Regarding your request for a refund, I must inform you that our policy, as outlined in the signed agreement, states that we do not issue refunds once work has been completed and the application is in process. We understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but we assure you that we are committed to fulfilling our obligations as per the agreement.

    I thought I had applied for a Nexus card to the correct online service called Travel Flow Services Inc. What should have cost me $50US ended up costing me $1297US. It took 16 months for me to get an appointment to see a Nexus Canada Border Service Agent. When I finally went to Vancouver International Airport for my appointment, the Border Agent told me it should only have cost me $50US. * *** ******* *** I am extremely upset **** **** ******** ** ****** * ** ****** ** ******* *** ******** ********** ***** ****** ** this business is putting out incorrect information and getting away with it. *** ***** *********** ** *** ** ******* ***** ** ************
