    01/27/2024 Ipaid Mana Auto $2833.60 to ship a vehicle from BC to ON. They missed the pickup date twice which led me to cancelling for a refund. A refund was promiksed but never given. I was told 3-5 days and it's been 3 weeks. Upon calling, they always say someone will get back to me, and no one ever does. **** ******* ** ******

    Offered Mana Auto to ship my car from Montreal to Calgary on the 1st of August, I was told it will take about eight days to get it delivered in Calgary. I planned my trip towards the delivery date so I can have the vehicle in time to start my job. The vehicle was available for pick up on the 1st of August, it was picked up on the send of August and got delivered to me on the 23rd of August, Whenever I asked why the delay they kept giving one excuse after another. I spend on an average over $70/day because I work on the other part of town. I asked them if they will compensate for the money spend on transportation due to their delay and their response was "We don't Compensate or do refunds".
    When my vehicle arrived after three weeks, the front bumper was damaged. I took it to an authorized bodyshop to get a quote and sent it to them. After another two weeks they responded that i should take it to their own local unauthorized bodyshop, I told them that it is a 2022 vehicle with just 600km on it, it the repairs is done by unauthorized body shop it will void my body/paint warranty. they kept insisting to cut cost of $200. it has been over three weeks I sent them message and called to get my car fixed, they are no longer replying to my calls and messages.

    I paid $2175.25 for this contract.
    They committed to deliver my vehicle within eight day but took them three weeks
    They have refused to answer my request to get my vehicle fixed.

    We have offered to have these very minor scratches repaired but he insisted on taking it to his body shop that was charging 4-5 times everyone else’s estimate.
