The business is advertising that they are “licensed” however, BBB was unable to determine which license this refers to.
Their website states “WSIB Insured” however, BBB was unable to substantiate an up to date account.
The business advertises a “Our products guarantee durability and functionality” but BBB could not locate any details or where the guarantee could be viewed. BBB’s Code of Advertising states when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser should clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to the sale.
While the business was initially responsive to our requests, the business has since failed to make the requested modifications and has not provided substantiation for the advertised claims.
