    We had Plantscape turf our yard 10 yrs ago in 2014. We had such a great experience that now in 2024, we had them for another project yesterday. Great crew! Hard working, and excellent clean up! And our project turned out perfect! Highly recommend!*********************

    I do NOT recommend Plantscapes. The work we had done is completely unacceptable, but they did nothing to correct it when contacted multiple times.
    We chose them to grade and sod our backyard expecting high quality work. Their cost was double that of the smaller businesses, but we wanted the job done well and wanted to be dealing with professionals. Big promises, poor work and no follow through.
    The whole point of having our backyard re-done was to level/even out the yard to make it safe for our young child. After far too much invested, our yard looks exactly the same as it did before - a hill on one side, valley on the other and a far too steep slope toward the back. I understand some slope is required as we have a drain, but I've seen plenty of yards with drains that are nice and level with only a slight slope.
    In addition, they didn't provide any care instructions. Even when asked, I only received single line email responses that didn't help. Google has so much conflicting info, when you pay that much, you expect to be provided with the proper instruction.
    We're out all that money and stuck with the same yard as before. So, save yourself the money and hassle and look elsewhere!

    These issues would have been better addressed shortly after the installation was complete for the sod did not fully set in at that time. However due to waiting months post completion, we are limited as to how we are able to correct this issue.

    Correspondence took place this week with [email protected]. Jessica was professional and perfectly fine to deal with, however no reasonable resolutions were offered. All options were to re-do the job at our expense since it has been so long, but that is not an option at all, especially considering my complaints were sent in last year and not responded to at that time. She said they would use my feedback to improve customer care in the future, which is great for them, but doesn't help us. We are out all of that money, we don't have that kind of money just sitting around in order to re-do the job to fix their mistakes.
    We put our trust and money into what we expected to be a professional job and now have to live with the same yard that we weren't happy with from the start.
