    I hired PCAP Group/Patriot Pools for a pool installation and landscaping project starting in February 2022, which extended until May 2023. Over time, serious issues arose due to poor workmanship, lack of materials, and defective components. Issues include:Defective Pool Installation: The pool has a significant leak due to substandard workmanship, as confirmed by a third-party assessment from Canadian Leak Detection. Ive incurred out-of-pocket expenses to address this.Faulty Equipment: The salt generator failed shortly after installation. Despite being under warranty, the contractor hasnt arranged for a replacement with the supplier, leading to ongoing maintenance issues and costs.Poor Hardscaping: The ***** sq. ft. hardscaping around the pool was improperly installed, resulting in uneven surfaces, water pooling, and displaced pavers. Independent landscapers confirmed insufficient base materials and lack of proper compaction. Nearly half of the polymeric joints have deteriorated, leaving significant gaps across the area.Unfinished Work: Key components of the project, such as cedar tree planting and waterfall lighting installation, remain incomplete despite advance payments. The lighting was left for me to handle independently.Failure to Service: The contractor agreed to open and close the pool for the first season but did not communicate or fulfill this, forcing me to hire another provider at my expense.Additional Issues: A broken stair and shed with water seepage were left unaddressed. A third-party confirmed lack of waterproofing caused the seepage, and I had to replace the sheds door out-of-pocket.Due to the contractors non-responsiveness, lack of support for this six-figure project, and failure to resolve issues, I have filed a legal claim. Trust has been broken, and I no longer feel confident in this companys ability to meet its obligations. I am seeking compensation for the defective work, unfinished tasks, and out-of-pocket expenses.

    My family was very pleased with the whole ***************** Looks amazing! Great work by the whole crew. Was a pleasure to deal with. Friends are jealous of how awesome my yard is now. Pool parties 2023 here we come! Highly recommend!

    I found Patriot Pools after a landscaper left our property in shambles. Being quite skeptical to work with someone new, the owner of Patriot Pools was very patient and walked me through everything that they would be doing. Communication was top notch and so was their work. We couldnt be happier with our new outdoor entertainment area and pool. Would recommend!

    Patriot pools did a great job installing a pool at my house and they also built a deck patio at my parents place last year. Pricing was fair and ****** and his team were professional.
