    Took my car for a detail, picked up my car to find a spider crack in the windshield. Upon further review it appeared that something had fallen on my car. Spoke to the owner who assured me that he had cameras and would check them out! When I arrived to discuss the situation was told the angles didn’t show my windshield well enough. Denied that anything they use could have caused the crack. Attempted to tell me that it was a previous stone chip that expanded when heat applied.
    Took it to a glass place who confirmed that it was not a stone chip and that something had to had fallen on windshield at great force to cause such damage. Went back to owner at OCD again, continued to deny and wouldn’t offer any compensation or support.
    Needless to say my car detail went from $350 to close to $1000.
    Buyer beware if utilizing this company for any work. Take pictures of your car when you drop it off.

    I did not win the gift certificate, I still paid for it through a silent auction! I am just thankful the organization received my money and not OCD… especially after how I was treated after this incident.
