    Hi *****. Thanks for your review. The weather wouldnt cooperate in order to fix the pin hole leak that accrued on your roofing. You asked for unreasonable reimbursement for issues that were pre existing before we arrived on site. All issues were fixed as per your warranty.

    That’s a ***! We had one of the hottest Oct/Nov on record and there wasn’t one day of rain that week. We were told you were on another job, I had to call and email multiple times until someone finally got back to me.
