    Purchased ipl laser and 3 attachment heads less than 2 years ago from this company. The sale was sketchy, quoting one price to my business partner and a different one to myself. Trying to get more money from GST when I live in the Yukon and I know tax laws are for the purchaser not the seller. Have no doubt he would have pocketed this money (*****). My SR head that is used only in winter, was broken when I pulled it out after months unused. I sent it in and after six weeks I finally called to see what was being done. Then an unbelievable quote of $3600 to refurbish! No response to see what a price of a new one was. They never actually checked it but they claim the pulse counts were very high for the head. How is this possible if used less than a dozen times in two years? No Price breakdown and lots of wasted time. I sent it elsewhere. **** **** ******* **** *** ***** ** ******** ** ******** ***** *** ******* *** **** ** ***** ********* ****** **** ** *********. My business partner in Ontario had very similar if not worse experiences, so this is not a one off, but more like their regular practice ** ******** ****** ***** ******* **** *****
