My issues with Orillia Volkswagen began in April of 2021 when I began the process of getting the corrosion issues fixed on my vehicle. My appointment to get the inspection done was first scheduled for October 5th 2021 (by ******** ******) at ******* ********** ***). I went to ** (had to drive from ********** ** *******) for the inspection where photos and paint measurements were taken. I hadn't heard back from Volkswagen for 8 months until I received a phone call saying my photos and measurements had to be done again at **. So, I drove to Orillia from ********** for a second time. Then I didn't hear back from them again for another 7 months until I received ANOTHER phone call in January 2023 (from ***** *****) saying that I had to get my photos and measurements redone AGAIN. After this, I was told that only certain parts of my vehicle were going to be covered due to a small rear-ending that occurred on my vehicle back in 2016, even though the proof of work done shows only the rear bumper was affected and not the parts of the vehicle that were denied service (****** ** *** ********** **. ********* rust ***** **** **** ***** *****). However, ***** ***** ******* me to accept the offer that I was given to fix the vehicle otherwise an entirely new claim would have to be made and elongate the already over 2-year-long process. While my vehicle was getting "fixed" by ** *********, I received a call from them stating that it was bizarre that so much corrosion wasn't being fixed/included in the warranty as deemed by Orillia Volkswagen. This is when I began talking to ****** ***** (one of the managers at Orillia Volkswagen) and he said he would look over everything and get in touch with me. It's now been over 4 weeks since I've heard from him. I've given him many chances to respond to me and he has chosen not to. I will not be letting this go until this situation is corrected by Orillia Volkswagen.
