    I called head office about my problems, damages with my last visit at Mr. lube in *******. Head office did nothing but sent me directly back to the ******* franchise - I called and and manager was unreasonable and basically denied everything and didn't care. They placed the wrong filter in my car ( 2 inches smaller) and a staff member opened up my car and slammed it into the computer monitor which caused a scratch. I would like to at least get my money back for that day.

     Good afternoon

     My name is ****. I am the owner of this store, 

    Sorry for late reply, We received customer complained and tried to call customer, she did not answer so we left a voicemail. No luck.

    Actually We checked everything on our side, we have installed right filter as per **** recommendation. For scraches we checked video footage nothing has been found.

    Still we are in business to help customers. so we called again to **** and ask her what do she want.

    She said give me whatever i paid to Mr. lube while service, So we paid her $280 and settled the account. 

     Everything is cleared now.
