    CSN assessed my car and provided an estimate to the insurer. They were approved for the work. CSN called me to bring in my car for body work on November 16 2022. I picked up my rental. An hour later they called to say they didn’t have the parts, pick up my car, they would call me when they could do it. Never called so I followed up, they said it would be May 2023 to do repairs.
    Received an appt to bring in my car March 23, 2023. Dropped car off and picked up rental. Never received a call from them about progress. I called them multiple times and spoke to at least three different people, *******, ******** and one other female. I was told the car was a big repair and taking more time. Then I was told they were short staffed and taking more time because one staff quit and another was sick. Then the week of April 24th they confirmed the car hadn’t been started, it was third in the queue and they had no idea when it would be started or completed. On April 28 I called to see if I should pick up my car or they had a date it would be started. ******** said she would ask and let me know on May 1. She didn’t call me May 1, I had to call her. She had no updates on when the car would be repaired and seemed to forget I was expecting that update. I picked up my car after it sat 40 days untouched. Now it brakes erratically and I have to have it checked. The mechanic said it likely developed rust when sitting. I want CSN to pay for any repairs since it sat. There were no brake issues prior to dropping it off. I want other people to avoid this situation.

    We are sorry for not handling your repair in a timely fashion and not communicating information properly to you.  Can you please provide documentation on the mechanical inspection confirming the brake condition including the current depth of the brake pads so that we can see what corrective measures can be taken?
