    The owner of this salon absolutely RUINED my eyebrows. It cost me a fortune to have them done, and then again have them fixed. She denied any wrongdoing although her insistence on declining a tip, rather than recommending ***** to upsell me, speaks volumes. Absolutely zero willingness to discuss a refund, rather than a pompous response that the customer is in the wrong due to her 17 years experience. To my knowledge - Nano brows is a new technique and has not been around for this time!!

    I provided web design services to this spa, and while my work was praised and approved, I was later offered only 50% of the payment I was owed. Despite multiple follow-ups, they did not raise concerns about the work until after payment was due. For anyone providing services, I would strongly recommend requiring upfront payment.
