      Purchased a sofa Feb.27,23
      After sitting in the one I chose in store I decided due to it offering lower back support it was the right choice,I had to choose color, material which they considered as a custom order and final sale,I was expecting same sofa comfort and support, when it arrived April 12 the sofa was not the same at all like the one I tried in store,also piping on cushions was off and not straight,gaps where back support should be ,cushions don't sit flush with back of sofa,I have made great efforts with the store ,I emailed back and forth with a service manager ****** * and a ****** ***** initially over phone who was in store supervisor .All they would offer was to fix piping on cushions, otherwise refusing to pick up the sofa and provide a refund .I was very mislead about this sofa ,I was assured by store rep ***** **** that my sofa would have same back support as the model in store,as I stressed about my back issues to *****,I want a refund for this sofa

      It is our understanding that this situation has been resolved. The sofa is being picked up on May 8th and the refund will be issued once the sofa is back at our warehouse.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19935975, my only question is why am I having to lose the delivery cost of 79$ when the sofa I received was not anything like one in store as far as structure for lower back support,no drill holes made for legs to go into the sofa,piping was not lined up ,so to say I'm completely satisfied I cannot ,as now I'm having to shop for another one and I will pay extra delivery costs,I shouldn't be losing any money for this sofa,yes offered to repair piping and had excuses that sofa would soften over time,but it has nothing to do with structure of lack of lower back support as per the sofa I tried and liked in store
