    I got service done by gravity on December 15, 2024. This is my second experience with them and I must say they are tremendously good. The service was fast. The price was good and I like it that they have weekends availability. I am very impressed with gravity duct Cleaning I recommend their service for all your needs.     A week ago, we had our furnace ducts and dryer vent cleaned by a crew (led by *****) from Gravity Duct cleaning. I was impressed that they arrived on time, explained what they would do, answered my questions, and immediately went about their work. They never appeared to be in a rush and did what I was shown afterward was a thorough job of removing the dust. Just as important, they did not leave a mess in the house and were very careful not to damage anything - ****************, etc.. It was a much better experience than I had the last time the ducts in my house were cleaned by another company.

    We recently had our house ducts cleaned which were way overdue. I have many allergies including dust mites so I gave gravity duct cleaning a call. Their service was very professional and ***** and ***** took great care to explain, advise and were amazing. They made sure to protect my walls, clean any leftover residue and I couldn't be more satisfied. I never write reviews but they deserve my appreciation and so do not hesitate to give them a call if you want a duct cleaning job well done.

    Great job done by ***** and *****. They were very professional in cleaning the duct. Explained me each step involved. They were very considerate about kids and elders at home. Glad that I chose Gravity duct cleaning!!!

    I just had the duct cleaning services provided by Gravity Duct cleaning along with furnace and HVAC. The whole experience was amazing. On time, courteous professional and left the place thoroughly clean when finished. My hose for the dryer was damaged the tech. replaced it with a new at no cost. I was shown each step how and why it is done. Technician absolutely knew what he was doing and even found some service notice on our hot water tank but never corrected by the builder or the ******** as we moved in the new home during Covid lock down. I am very grateful for that. I definitely will hire them in future. ,

    Communication was prompt and very detailed. The team showed up a little early and wasted no time addressing a clogged dryer vent. Team was very courteous and professional. Every step was explained and the site was clean upon departure. Thorough, professional, punctual. Highly recommend ****

    The Gravity technicians did a great job cleaning our duct work. They were very organized and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing and were very personable. We have noticed a difference in the air quality since the cleaning. Great value for the price.
