    We began our very disappointing journey with ****/Rewild Landscapes in February of 2023. We paid for a design that ended up bearing virtually no resemblance to the end product. We then contracted **** for work starting in September that ended up begin delayed for weeks - with the last plants going in just as winter hit (and survival rates of these were very low). While **** was diligent in following up to make sure we paid our bills on time, he was less forthcoming in communicating regularly to explain when he would arrive and how he would deliver as promised. And when it became clear that we were not happy with things, he did very little to try to address our concerns (although he did fix problems with our pathway when his initial efforts didnt work out). Overall , **** was very poor at dealing with us and, in my view, didnt deliver anywhere near the promised level of plants into our garden. I have offered **** an opportunity to correct this through a partial refund but in his view the work was completed as promised. All of this to say, if you do work with this company, be very vigilant, build in penalties for work that isnt done on time and dont pay the final amount until you know everything has been done to your satisfaction.
