The worst people to deal with..they didn't show up to my place to move until 10:30pm at night..they where supposed to be at my house to move between 3-4 pm..6 hrs late..then it got to the point they stopped picking up my phone calls..left me not knowing if they where even gonna show up...my boyfriend used his phone then they answered his phone number...they lied to him about me blaming me saying I didn't confirm the date or time which was a complete lie I did confirm the time for 3-4pm...funny after my boyfriend complained and told them he was right next to me hearing me confirm the time and date...the movers showed up 20 minutes later...Do not deal with this company in cornwall Ontario.. they lie and don't act professional and don't care if people time or money they cost me for them being over 6hrs later. Be smart use a different moving company

Hi *****,I understand your frustration regarding your move. However, I want to clarify that we did attempt to confirm the move with you the day before, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a *********** a result, we were unable to guarantee a timely move. When your wife called around 12-1 pm the next day to confirm the move it was too late but, we did our best to accommodate the move, despite being fully booked.Although the move was completed later than expected, we made a concerted effort to make it happen. In retrospect, I believe it's essential to acknowledge that the delay was due to the lack of confirmation, rather than any shortcomings on our part.I hope you can understand our perspective.Thank you,Classic Movers

I was involved it was my wife I was at her place waiting for them to show up at her place 4 different times they didn't show up I left her place to go to our new place to meet her and the movers at 1am at our new home....so yes I was involved...we never mentioned the broken bed they had to break apart cuz they never had the proper tools to use...Review fromS. Amazing experience every time I have used their services. Their communication is excellent, services expedient and their movers are careful and fast. They came through for us even when we called them last minute.I would recommend Classic Movers to anyoneClassic Movers

5 starsI was very impressed with the people who moved us from Classic Movers, ******. They were on time and didn't waste any time during the move. The men were knowlegable about moving heavy furniture and fragile boxes. 5 starsI really liked how professional and well organized this company is, from **** who quickly provided an extremely accurate quote, to the supervisor Liaqat leading the crew, to the two other movers also helping. The service was excellent and not one item was damaged.I highly recommend them for your upcoming move
