    Rest Easy Management has managed our condo in ***************** for the last 8 years. I don't remember how we found them at the time but we're happy that we did before moving across the world. As far as I'm concerned they are the best property management company out there. Their president ***** and his team are outstanding. We have always been happy with their service. They are very professional, friendly, honest and always willing to help. What stands out the most is their responsiveness. Over all of 8 years they have always been on the ball in answering our queries or taking care of issues raised by the tenant. We've also always appreciated that they treat tenants with the same respect.If you're looking for a serious business to manage your property, don't think twice.

    Rest Easy found a tenant and managed my property for just over 1 year. I would work with them again. The team was always responsive. My tenant also found they were responsive and quick to address and fix some plumbing issues that came up.

    From the beginning of renting to the move out day almost 5 years later. Rest easy property management has been excellent with being prompt on replying to email inquires as well as any other property needs and requests. I rarely had any issues but when I did I was always surprised as to how fast the issues were solved. All staff has always been pleasant to deal with, if you are looking to rent I would highly recommend Rest easy property management.

    As Renters we found Rest Easy to be a great company to work with. They helped us find a great house for our needs. They were very responsive if we ever needed anything from them. When we were ready to move ***** and ****** were really flexible with our busy schedule when setting up viewings which is something we appreciated very much.

They timely attend to issues and are quick to respond to emails and calls. Every interaction I've had with the team had been a pleasant one. The team at Rest Easy is very friendly and responsive, replying to emails quickly and addressing urgent issues 24/7 if needed. They help ensure repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner, and the contractors they employ are knowledgeable, hard-working and punctual.     Rest Easy did a great job managing rental of my home for 6 years. As I was out-of-province, the fact that they took care of all the big and small details was a god-send. Every member of the Rest Easy team I communicated with was professional, pleasant, and helpful. Whenever tenants contacted Rest Easy with a problem, I was notified almost immediately, and a fix was in the works within a matter of hours. Anytime I needed to contact Rest Easy, I received a response almost immediately as well. The contractors they hired for maintenance and repair work also did a great job. Hiring Rest Easy to take care of my house for those years I was away was one of the smartest decisions I have made as a home owner.

    I was a tenant for almost 5 years in a house managed by Rest Easy, and had a great experience! Super responsive the few times I needed service, always quick with a call back and when replying to emails, and very forthcoming and helpful when it came time to end my tenancy. No issues over the duration I lived there, I would absolutely recommend Rest Easy Property Management and would be delighted to rent a home under their care again!

    Overall, they are fantastic. If I obtain any other rental property, I will definitely be hiring them again.I would second other positive customer reviews. As such I would also echo what the other positive reviews mentioned on this page have already said such as the following. Amazing property manager. They do the basics well (pick tenants, collect and deposit rent, respond to all calls and questions promptly, provide multiple options to any problems as well as their recommendation), but they also go a step beyond.
