    I regret to write this review about Etoile d'Orleans, based on a distressing incident that occurred during my son's practice. The coach/owner pulled my son by the arm and proceeded to yell at him in front of all the kids and parents, demanding to know why he was crying and belittling him for his emotions yelling at him stop crying, why are you always crying, you cry like a baby. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.Not only did the coach/owner pull my son by the arm and yell at him, but he also disregarded my husband's four requests to stop the yelling, and only only ceased his yelling after I personally intervened on the field.Lets not forget that before the incident, kids started by yelling at him why he let the ball in while he was the goally, but instead of telling the kids that this behavior is not acceptable, he yelled at my son, but the coach was on his phone the whole time to even know what was happening. The coach/owner's actions did not end with the incident. Shockingly, instead of offering an apology for his unacceptable behavior, he further exacerbated the situation by stating that my son cries too much and he doesn't want him back in his club. Such callous and hurtful remarks from someone in a position of authority are deeply distressing and demonstrate a complete lack of understanding of the impact such words can have on a young child's self-esteem and emotional well-being.
