    *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******************************** Original owners son ( Adam ) is now running this company and his business practices are terrible. He is not trustworthy at all !
    We built in 2018. We were told that there would be an on site inspection a year after build to correct any imperfections. It took more than 2 years, and persistent requests before they came to discuss the imperfections with our build. They recognized faults regarding cracked drywall throughout ceiling and walls, flooring issues and caulking issues. As of today no corrections have been made. We were also told that the company would not warranty any work related to these imperfections. We also asked for information regarding warranty of floor that was installed. They could not provide any warranty information and although they have seen the flooring imperfections they have not provided any suggestions regarding the correction of these issues.

    Nothing like the feeling of they've gotten their money and now we are of no importance to them. Adam has no problem avoiding *********** customers. He prefers to say he'll look into the issue and not get back to you. This is how he avoids confrontation, and hopes the client will just give up
    Another issue of concern is their notable lack of building site conditions. *************************************************************
    Lastly, after doing some due diligence I've discovered Barrie Builds home orders have significantly decreased under Adams control of the business. *****************************
