    Saw an ad and hired this company to do bathroom, dryer, exchanger vents. Then decided to have them clean our wall mount thermopomp. Did a nice job of cleaning everything and cleaning up when finished. That night the thermopomp stopped working properly. Have called and emailed them on several occassions but no one reponds. The thermopomp was only bought in July 2023 and now we are stuck because we can't get anyone to come to see what can be done. It is a ****** product and we don't feel that we should have to pay a service/repair call since all was perfect until Dial4Duct cleaning, cleaned our machine. I would suggest never ever letting them touch our A/C, heating or thermopomp after the experience we have had.
    They performed the cleaning December 19 2023, reported the problem to them on December 20,2023 and as of today January 8,2025 they have never replied.
