    ******* **** ***** *** **** * ********** We contracted them to replace our garage door and they advised everything was included that we asked and then provided a contract stating the same. They said that it takes 6 weeks for the doors to arrive which we understood. Once the doors arrive they scheduled an appt and came to install. Once the installers came they advised that a lot of what was stated in the contract was not actually included and would be an extra cost. Also items that were included in the contract like battery back up was not provided as they said it wasn't available even though we paid for it. We talked to the sales team and they always denied and argued about what was in the detailed contract stating it wasn't agreed upo. After saying they would come back yo install the back up battery, they then called a few days later saying the door was installed incorrectly and the balancing was off and showed up at our home again unscheduled. They also said that the parts were not ordered. So we agreed to do capping instead of waiting for the back up which they agreed to do at no extra cost. They installed the capping by showing up unannounced when we were not home and it was a terrible job done. They basically trespassed on out property but said it was ok since they didn't need us there. Not Impressed. Hoping to be done with they I find out that they put through another charge on my credit card for the capping which was already supposed to be in replacement of the battery. They claimed that was not the conversation and that calls were recorded. But conveniently that was the only conversation not.recorded. after being done with them and explaining we were not happy the **** sales guy hung up on us. ***** ******* ** ****** ************* ** ****** **** ****** ** ** **** **** *** ****** ***** * ****** ** ** ** **** *** * **** ********** ** ******* **** *****. They need to do better.
