    ** ******* ********* *** ********* ********* ** Durham Precious Metals (Oshawa, ON)I had a very disappointing experience with Durham Precious Metals in Oshawa.
    When I visited the store to sell gold, they quoted the current spot price during the evaluation process. Based on that, I believed I would be paid accordingly. However, after completing the transaction and returning home, I realized they had actually paid me around 30% less than what was expected based on the spot rate they quoted.
    No receipt, pricing breakdown, or explanation was provided at the time. When I called and later visited the store to clarify, I was met with **** and unprofessional behavior.
    Key Concerns:
    Quoted spot price but paid far below actual value
    No receipt or transparency in pricing
    **** response when questioned about the discrepancy
