    She inquired about pricing and availability as she wanted a perm. She was told that it would cost her $100.00 and there was availability to accommodate her timelines.

    Her appointment was confirmed and she did receive a perm.
    **** attended the cash to pay and was now advised that her total was $154.00.

    **** advised that she called and received a quote for $100.00 and inquired about what had changed to cause an increase in the price.
    She was told by the female stylist that it was the price.
    **** asked for a price list as she did not see one posted or listed anywhere in the store. She was told that the pricing was on line and that they didn’t need to have it posted.

    **** did not have enough cash on her as she brought the amount that was quoted.
    The stylist couldn’t provide a reason for the additional $54.00 charge except to say that it was the cost.
