    **** ***** *** ********** *********** We arrived late at night (10pm) on Friday, January 17, 2025. We did a quick inspection of the room for bedbugs as a normal procedure when we stay out in a hotel. We didn’t see anything alarming and had to go to bed because we had a cheer competition in the morning. We all had a terrible sleep, the beds were advertised as queen size and were definitely not queen sized, the sheets were super itchy. Upon closer inspection we don’t white and red staining on the pillowcases and sheets. When we finally got daylight, we noticed several alarming things in the room. It appeared as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in between customers. No vacuuming, counters were dirty, shower curtain had red stains on it. The “hot breakfast” wasn’t hot at it all, almost as if it had been taken out of the fridge and not warmed up even though it was in warming trays. The overall experience was awful, I’ve been battling with head office for weeks and gotten no where. They offered 50% off another night in this hotel which I found insulting after finding evidence of bed bug activity.
