      ***** ** ********** ** *** ***** **** ******* * *** ******* * ******** ** ** ****** on January 18th and all I've asked of them is to resize the ring by 0.5...it's been 4 MONTHS and we still don't have it!! 2 or 3 times they said they resized it and it was still the SAME SIZE!? We've spent hours driving back and forth to them only for them to WASTE OUR TIME. Graziella has completely RUINED our engagement. ******** ** ****** ** *** *** **** *** **** ********** ************ ** *** ****** ******** ** **** ****. We've had to postpone our festivities because they have ZERO sense of urgency to amend this *** ***** situation we're in. *** ********* ****** * **** ******** *** I would never EVER trust these guys again. Worst of all the owner has done NOTHING to rectify this situation either. TAKE NOTE...the sales reps will greet you with a smile and then wash their hands of you once they have your money.
