    I contacted CFR Pools Charles R. in December 2021 about a job on our property in ******** and he said he could do it. A contract was signed early 2022. Payments ($60,000 in total) was made as scheduled in the contract but he came to site started the job and even requested for more money saying he wanted to buy materials ahead of time. Most of the materials he took money for were never brought to site but he kept saying he bought them. He subsequently stopped coming to site or sending his men and always giving excuses. He left a huge construction bin on site for months with debris and was harboring raccoons etc. Several calls for him to move it never worked. ** ******** *** ** *** ******* ********* ****** *** *** ******* ** ******* ** ******* ** ******** *** **** ****** ******* ** ** *** ******* *** ** ******** ** **** ** **** *** **** *** ** *** **** ********* In September, we told him the bin has to be moved ******* ** **** ****** ******* *** ****** **** which he moved and ************ he brought the same filled bin back and i refused to have that put on my property because * ***** *** ********** *** he would move that and return same debris back after 3days. He left the debris on the city road *** *** ********** ****** *** **** ***** **. *** **** **** ** ** **** *** * **** **** **** ********* The bin company was called and they claimed he was owing them and had to pay before they could move it. He also **** to the bin company that he was the owner of the property. The company challenged him and he paid and the bin was moved. We followed up for our job to be completed *** *** ******* ****** *** ****** he came to site with another construction bin and has not been back since to complete the job since October. I have another bin filled with Debris on my property since October till date *** ********* ***** ** ****** Please we need him to finish the job or do a full refund because some of what he bought was left outside and destroyed by the weather over winter.
