    Gentry Roofing was contacted to install the flat roof on the commercial building in Oshawa. The contract is signed and dated as of Oct 1, 2017. Gentry provided 20 year warranty.

    On December 4, 2023 I requested a service call, and reached out via email, voice mail and texts to a mobile number. There was no response to my numerous emails and phone calls, only on December 13th I received a response.

    There was a leak on the ceiling of the commercial unit and we could not identify the source of it. Pictures were sent.

    On December 29, 2023 Darren (*** ***** ** ****** ********) claimed he went there and did not see anything wrong with the roof. No pictures were provided, and no report given. I requested a report and Darren responded there will be a charge for the roof report. I agreed and requested a paid report.

    There was no report produced.

    On Jan 29th a plumber went into the building to look into the leak. He identified the location, which was on the roof where the roof meets the vertical wall. I requested Darren to go and look and fix it. I have received no answer.

    The service call must be honored and warranty service must be honored. I left several voice mails, 6 text messages in several days, and 2 emails.

    I demand the work to be done or a compensation if other roofer will be fixing the issue.
