    I have had minor auto repairs, purchased small auto parts, used and new, from ***** Auto Recyclers over several years and generally been satisfied.. This particular complaint relates to a leaking winter tire I 1st took to ***** on Dec. 14, 2020. They did a rim cleaning, replaced valve stem. The tire still leaked. I took this tire back to them 3 successive times over the period to Feb. 16,17, 2022. On at least 2 of those occasions the matter of a leak elsewhere than at the rim and that old plugs were installed in the tire and might be leaking were mentioned but ***** said the tire could not otherwise be repaired except with the rim cleaning and stem replacement they had attended to. Another tire repair service identified the leaking old plug, said it could be repaired, did repair it in Feb. 2022 and the tire has not leaked since. When seeking a refund for the ineffective rim cleanings, ***** has maintained that I didn't give them sufficient opport. to repair the tire and that the most they would do is offer me some credit of future purchases. After providing 3 opport. to fix the leak, paying each time $45 for additional rim cleanings, I have no faith in ***** and only want a refund of the $135. I paid for 3 additional rims cleanings which turned out to be a mis-diagnosis of the problem, only discovered when I took the tire to another tire repair business. All appointments I made with ***** were arranged using messenger on FB and therefore, if you want, I can provide you with a printout of the messages supporting this story. ***** would have access to the same messenger log on their FB/computer. *********************,
