  While I have had success in the past with this company, in this case I requested a service call to look at a dishwasher that was not draining. I was told the service call was $70. and that if work was done the $70. would be applied to the charge. The service person arrived within the timeline indicated. I explain the error code and that I had already checked the overflow pan and the exhaust piping for signs of clogging. The service person stated it is likely a clog in the exhaust line at the sink drain trap, where the drain trap connection is smaller than the pipe from the dishwasher. He disconnected the hose from the trap and removed a piece of broken glass. He reconnected the hose and started the machine which ran normally. This task took less than 5 minutes and did not involve servicing the actual dishwasher.Without being credited the service call charge of $70., I was advised that service call charges are different depending on the machine being serviced. I was then handed a bill, including taxes for $209.05. and the service person was back in his truck in less than 15 minutes..I think this is price gouging taking advantage of new and repeat customers. The public should be cautioned when hiring companies that proport to offer one service and, after the fact, explain and invoice for something different, particularly when no service was required or performed on the dishwasher itself.Buyer beware!

  October 2024 - ****************** area.Booked an initial appointment to inspect a KENMORE Elite Dishwasher that had a ***** Door Issue. The solution was explained clearly to me. The experienced technician was polite and very professional, advising which parts needed to be replaced and that they would be promptly ordered.He returned with the new parts within a reasonable time and their installation went smoothly.We would definitely call again if our other appliances needed repair.

  Poor customer experience. I called this company whose website clearly states that it is "For households across Ottawa and the surrounding areas. Available 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm." I called a week ago needing to have an appliance removed. I was told at this time that pickup was only available on Wednesdays. I called back a few days later (Tuesday) and I was told that pickup would not be available until next Wednesday, 8 days from the time I called. I have decided to take my business elsewhere because who knows what other contradictions to their advertised service I might encounter.
