    My girlfriend's car broke down due to overheating in ******, and she was stuck in a ********* parking lot and was unable to go to work (we live in ********). She was in distress, as such, I agreed to call around to see which garage could take her (as it was a Friday). After calling 15 or so garages (around 9:00am), A1 agreed to take my car and said they could look at it around 1:00pm. I let my girlfriend know and she called her insurance company, who provided her with a free tow to the garage. She then paid for an Uber back to work.At around 3:00pm, she texted me to state that she hadn't heard back from the garage yet and was getting worried. I called them and they said they hadn't looked at her car yet because there were 6 or 7 cars in front of hers (different from what they initially told me on the phone) and that they would try to look at it later or over the weekend. I stressed that we are not from ****** and that my girlfriend needed the car back by 5:00pm, otherwise she would be stranded there. They said they would look at it sooner.I told my girlfriend what they said, and she called them right away. They told her they would be taking it in soon and would be looking at it within 45 minutes. At 4:30pm my girlfriend called back for a third time. They told her they didn't take her car in yet and that he would be staying late (until 6:30pm-because they close at 5:00pm). She said that's not going to work and that she'll just go pick it up after work.She paid for another Uber there after work and when she got there, they were looking at her car. They said she owed them $150 for 2 hours of labor, but that they only took cash because they didn't charge taxes. She asked if there was a receipt for services, they said no. They drove her the bank where she had to pay extra to take cash out and her car didn't even make it home. This place is super unprofessional and sketchy. 10/10 would not recommend.

    For 2 years this mechanic shop couldn't fix my car from shutting down while driving. Every time I take my car back within a month the car will break down again. The last straw was buying another radiator for the second time within a year and the car still isn't fixed. After spending over $2000 on the same issue I had enough.
