    I received car detailing service at home and was told the cost was more because there were salt stains on my carpets. I agreed to this and then the cleaning didn't include the interior of the windows nor the exterior of the car. In re-reading the description of the cleaning service they didn't specify that they only did the inside and not even the windows. Even though to my mind this is preposterous, the worst part was that I was charged $210, $150 for cleaning, $25 for tax and $35 for salt stains. I only received an invoice for $150 and have been asking since to no avail.

    On Wednesday June 5th I responded to an ad for car detailing placed on my neighborhood community group (Bridlewood Residents) by ***********************. In our discussion he provided me with a detailed list of what was included in a cleaning, and quoted me a price of $169 for an interior/exterior clean. We agreed upon a date and time for his team to come by (Friday June 7th) On June 7th, the team (2 people) arrived. Our first point of concern, was the price had changed. When it was time to pay we were informed that the service would now cost $200. The reason given was "HST" - which isn't $30 on $170 - but I digress. They used dirty water and Tide instead of proper cleaning products. ?? They did not wipe down the dash, the door panels, the steering wheel/column, nor did they complete several other tasks that were supposed to be completed. They spent just over an hour on my vehicle (2 people) - nowhere near enough time for the work that they were supposed to do. I was also not impressed that they left trash in the driveway at the end of the job rather than using the garbage bin. As the interior of our car dried, it was evident that the seats had not been properly cleaned/stains had not been removed. I reached out to *** in an effort to resolve matters. His response was slow in coming, and he offered to "mention it to his manager" In our discussions with ***, he gave the impression that this was his own company. When I requested the contact details for said manager he did not reply. We would like to request a full refund. Our vehicle was in no way, shape or form cleaned and it was not possible to tell that things had been improperly cleaned due to the wet interior when the team left. Had *** provided better customer service/follow up we would have been open to the company returning to our home and having another pass with the vehicle. After this fiasco, we would like to cut ties and have our money refunded.
