    I brought my car to get it detailed on Saturday July 23,2022 and inspected my car before I handed it off to one of the employees. They advised that my car would be ready within 2-3 hours. When I went there to pick up my car, I went with the employee that took my car. I inspected the car before I drove off I noticed two lines on the windshield. I went outside and saw that my windshield was cracked. I alerted the employees and they attempted to intimidate me and make it seem like I didn’t know what I was saying. They implied that the windshield was broken before I got there. I advised them that it was not and that I inspected my car in front of the person that took my keys. I was then told to wait for the owner and when he arrived, he unpleasantly insisted that his employees said that they did not break it and that he will not be assisting with fixing it. The cost of a new windshield is $2000+ offered to give me $100. I rejected his offer. Then he rudely told me “then take me to court”. The business also charged me $150 for detailing my car and refused to reimburse me after causing so much damage. This business has horrible business ethics. My car is new! I have pictures. I had to file a police report and file a claim with my insurance. You can see the cracks on the windshield.
