    On 11 April 2023 my insurance company paid for a rear bumper to be replaced on my F150. He told me that the bumper would be put on in a week and to tell my insurance company that it had been put on so they would pay him so he could order the bumper. After several attempts to have the bumper put on my truck the owner **** gave me the run around about ordering the bumper. I have kept a detailed log over the course of the year of how often I have asked for updates in regards to the bumper. Last fall he told me that the bumper was at his PO Box at the *** store just across the border. I was told he couldnt go get it due to it being tire season even though at this point I had been waiting 6 months for the bumper. In December when tire season was over **** told me that he went down to get the bumper and that it had been sent back to the sender as it had been sitting there for 3 months. I have informed my insurance company that the bumper is still not on my truck and they have contacted ****. **** informed my insurance company that the bumper will be installed by the end of May. Apart from the fraudulent dealings going on at this company the owner owes me over $200 for an overpayment for services done to my truck in the past. **** keeps telling me that he will send me the money but I have not received anything from him yet. Over the course of this past year **** has avoided my phone calls and failed to return calls when he has told me he would.

    Hi,

    Our customer *********************** was refunded by company cheque for the credit that was on his account. 

    As for the bumper, the customer *********************** is asking for a different bumper than what was on his vehicle in the accident, After covid all body shops and parts are very back logged. 

    It might be considered insurance fraud not replacing the bumper with the same bumper, I'm looking into that right now.

    I can install the factory bumper at his earliest convenience.
