    On their website, SMRO Auto Service states that "you will deal directly with ***** *********, the business owner, for all your auto needs, that they "offer honesty, integrity and highest level of customer ***********************" and that "you get a warranty on parts, labor and services". Well, I can personally attest that every single words on their website is absolutely TRUE!!! I have always left this auto repair shop feeling thoroughly impressed by their excellent service and work ethics. Thank you ***** for taking such good care of me and my car! Cheers!

    Honest, fair and knowledgeable. ***** and his team are knowledgeable, provide very competitive pricing. They provided me diagnosis of my car problems at no charge, which other garages will charge for. They look for the least expensive options and they don't try to sell services that I don't need (e.g. you can wait to fix that problem, but you should fix this other issue first).Highly recommended if you are looking for an honest garage.
