    "Worst tech support ever. Waited 45 minutes just to be disconnected. Save your money.""Worst customer experience ever. I was transferred between *********, *****, and Ryannone of them had a clue. Total runaround.""Dont trust Lorex. Theyll take your money and ghost you. Support is run by amateurs who just hang up when things get tough.""Asked for help setting up my NVR and got attitude from ********** 10 minutes into the call, he just said, 'Figure it out' and hung up.""Tried to return a defective camera and was told by ***** that it was 'my fault' it stopped working. Then he disconnected the call.""Support might as well not exist. Youll just get passed around between *********, ****, and ***** until one of them hangs up.""Ive dealt with bad companies before, but Lorex takes the cake. Worst online ************* Support is a literal joke.""They advertise professional service, but support is handled by rude guys like **** who hang up the moment you ask for a supervisor."
