I contacted Veni Vidi Vici Cabinetry Refinishing to repaint my kitchen cabinets April 3, 2023. She booked the appointment to come remove the cabinets on June 12th, 2023. When she arrived, she told me that the cabinets were painted wrong previously is why they were peeling. (was done by previous owner). She sounded like she knew what she needed to do to fix the problem. I messaged her to see how they were coming along on June 28th. She told me they had to take off the first layer as the doors were sticky. Which she told me they should be ready to install next week. They got installed in July, and I messaged back with a picture February 10, 2024 showing they were peeling again exactly like they were before she painted them, where she said, "that's crazy, I will come fix it" but it will be at her earliest convenience. I messaged back March 18th and March 31. She finally responded April 1st saying she could come next week. Then I heard nothing. I messaged back April 16th, 2024, then again May 7th where I asked for a refund. She has ghosted me since. Not responding at all. I am a senior looking to retire but can't until I get my cabinets fixed. Amount paid was $ *******. Invoice and screenshot messages all attached. Also included photos of before she painted and recent picture of cabinet looking the same as before she painted. Looking for full refund, but at least half would be helpful.
